Suzann Richardson

Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty Circle of Excellence and Hall of Fame member Suzann Richardson loves people and it shows. A licensed Realtor since 1994, Suzann has been a consistent top producer from the beginning. Gifted with a fine sense of humor and an optimistic outlook, she is a born networker with a devoted following of clients who reward her with repeat and referral business.

Well organized, knowledgeable and blessed with a generous spirit, Suzann maintains an open-door of communication with her clients. Knowing that a home purchase or sale is often the largest single investment of her clients’ lives, Suzann believes her open door policy encourages and nurtures essential reliance and trust.

A fifth generation Texan, born in Austin, Suzann has been a resident of Houston since 1979. A graduate of the University of Texas, Suzann earned a Bachelor of Science in Radio, Television and Film, with additional studies in Architecture and Interior Design. A dedicated volunteer, Suzann gives back to the community that she firmly believes has so richly given to her. A member of The Junior League of Houston, she is a past Director and member of the JLH Executive Committee. She has served as Co-President of the The Kinkaid School Parents Club and was a Kinkaid Field Day Chair. She is a past Board Member of the University of Texas Parent Advisory Board and a member of the U.T. Chancellor's Council .

Suzann is the proud parent of a son and daughter, and the beaming grandmother of two grandchildren.
