Degreed Accountant and Property Manager since 1989 Susan Kinder has successfully invested in Real Estate for 22 years. Obtaining her Real Estate license and later her Texas Real Estate Brokers license she has enjoyed helping her clients buy and sell as well as invest sence 1993. Helping others maximize on their Real Estate Investments is her passion. When selling homes she has a gift for finding the most cost effective way to improve the marketability and the value of any home. She has successfully sold Homes that weren't sold by others using this gift. When helping a buyer find a home she listens to their wants and needs.
