Steven Bishop

Steven Bishop is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE®), Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Accredited Staging Professional (ASP®), Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS®) Realtor® and owner of Steven Bishop Interiors, LLC (A full-service Interior & Home Staging business). First licensed in the real estate industry in Washington State in 2010, he is now licensed in Houston, Texas.

Steven used his talent for staging and designing work in staging numerous properties in Europe during the five years he resided in Paris as well as the eight years he spent in London. Now accredited in the staging profession as an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP®), and as a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP®), Steven has combined his talents for staging and designing work with his certifications as a negotiation expert, home marketing specialist and pricing strategy advisor to maximize the potential benefits for his clients by providing staging and marketing insight for both buyers and sellers in the home-buying and selling process.

Steven built a solid reputation with his proactive approach, strong attention-to-detail and an unparalleled level of service as an International Chief Purser for United Airlines in long-haul first-class service. His history with United has included assignments as an IOE Training Instructor (Initial Operating Experience) conducting final evaluations on flight attendants-in-training. He also worked with the Policy and Procedures Department as an In-flight Specialist traveling to Munich, London, Paris, Tokyo and Sao Paulo providing instruction and overseeing the overall delivery and execution of the new premium Polaris First-Class Product. Steven has taken that same proactive approach and attention-to-detail within the airline industry to his passion for designing, staging and negotiating on behalf of his clients in advising and assisting them in all their real estate related transactions.

Steven acquired his B.A. degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (Business-Real Estate, Digital Media, Biology/Nutrition/Personal Training) receiving the highest honors of Summa Cum Laude and is a member of Phi Kappa Phi. He earned a minor in Counseling, Educational and Developmental Psychology.
