Steve has been a Texas Realtor/Broker for over 29 years. He has decades of experience with new home construction, Pre-owned home purchases and sales, Farm & Ranch, Vacation Homes Coastal Resort/Condo, Investment properties, 2nd home purchases. Steve began his career in real estate in Granbury right out of college. After working in other industries in management positions for several years, he returned to his real estate roots, acquired his real estate broker's license and opened his first real estate company in the early 90's serving the DFW area. Steve has extensive experience in many Texas real estate markets. Steve has lived and sold homes in Houston, Austin, Dallas-Ft. Worth, North Padre Island and Corpus Christi.
