ABOUT PATRICK SULLIVAN - Patrick was a college tennis coach for 15 years at Texas A&M, SMU, Stephen F. Austin and the University of Houston where he was an NCAA Coach of the Year finalist. He is a graduate of both Texas A&M and the University of Arkansas School of Law. During law school he worked for a title company as a contract closer and learned advanced negotiation strategies on his way to becoming a court-appointed mediator. Patrick has also worked as a project manager, building custom homes and running extensive renovations in the Houston area.

Patrick was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and is fully fluent in Spanish. He was raised in Northwest Houston and is a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Community. He is an active volunteer at the St. Frances Cabrini Center where he helps provide assistance to immigrants who are victims or crime and/or unaccompanied minors. Patrick enjoys spending time with his family and coaching the boys and girls tennis teams at Concordia Lutheran High School in Tomball.

Mary Alice is a connector! Her passion to build community and value in those around her make her an excellent agent. She has had her license since 2012 and has helped buyers and sellers navigate the Real Estate process with up to date information needed to make educated decisions.

Mary Alice is a Texas gal! Raised in New Braunfels, lived in The Woodlands, Spring and now Conroe. She grew up playing team sports, involved in Leukemia Lymphoma Society(inspired by her Father's battle with Leukemia), has volunteered at Memorial Herman Hospital with cancer patients and loves taking pictures of sunsets and sunrises. She has a wonderful husband, 4 stepchildren and 2 birds.

Growing up in a Real Estate Family, my Father was a Builder/Realtor, I learned the business from the ground up. I began working with Families to find their New Home at a early age. After Graduating from College, I did a long career in Teaching and School Administration retiring from Klein ISD in 2007 then returning to Real Estate.
