Michael A. Griffin began his career in real estate 10 years ago with Keller Williams Realty Professionals. I'm proud to announce that our team has recently moved to eXp Realty. The Gryphon Properties Team is now powered by eXp Realty, LLC.

When we meet, You can feel my positive attitude and energy from a mile away, and I have a very clear goal - to serve as many people as possible.

I have chosen Protective as my tagline - although there are a hundred positive words i could have used. I am fearless, intelligent, and disciplined - like a true Veteran. I served in the United States Army for 3 years as a Communications Specialist and have served the citizens of Harris County for the last 25 years as a Deputy Sheriff with The Sheriff's Office. Since becoming licensed, I have since completed extra education hours for the following designations: Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Sellers Representative Specialist(SRS), New Home Construction Specialist (NHC).

For Me, the best part of being a REALTOR® is that "moment" with a client. I've always enjoyed working with contracts and protecting my clients, but I'd have to say my absolute favorite part is seeing my clients smile when they find "the one." We all know how incredibly emotional and exciting house hunting can be, and that moment is so special for everyone involved.

I'm well versed in laws, rules, policy and procedure and do whatever is needed to protect my clients and their best interests. It's always done so with a smile that makes you know for sure you're in the right hands.
