Lisa is a native Houstonian with real estate in her blood, tracing all the way back to her Grandmother and Great Grandmother, who owned several single-family properties in East Houston. Her younger brother is a successful real estate broker (Zarco Realty) and real estate instructor for over 20yrs in the Houston area. Lisa and her husband have been real estate investors with over 1,000 units in multi-family properties since 2016 through out the U.S.

With a successful sales/training and marketing background in corporate America for over 21 years, she truly believes in customer first. Her customer service shines through as she will educate you on the process as much as or as little in the process as you need/want when selling, buying, or renting your home.

We moved in 2001 and I decided to put my career on hold and become a full time mother. We had two children when we decided to adopt another child - giving me 3 mommy degrees (a.k.a children) and 2 legal degrees. When the kids were old enough I re-entered the job market as a substitute teacher. When we relocated from Colorado to Houston in 2018 I decided to pursue a career in real estate .

Lindsay Schoppe has lived in The Woodlands & Magnolia area for 24 years. This has offered her the first-hand experience of growing up in and around the evolving communities of Montgomery and Harris County, while also cultivating long lasting relationships with local businesses and residents throughout the years.
