About Carla Van Der Merwe
I am a real estate agent committed to help you find your next home, not just a house. I am South African by birth and American by choice. We moved in 2001 and I decided to put my career on hold and become a full time mother. We had two children when we decided to adopt another child - giving me 3 mommy degrees (a.k.a children) and 2 legal degrees. When the kids were old enough I re-entered the job market as a substitute teacher. When we relocated from Colorado to Houston in 2018 I decided to pursue a career in real estate .
Whether you are buying or selling, leasing or investing - I am COMMITTED to YOU. My passion for helping people stems from my own experience with moving and I remember all to well the stress associated with that.
