Accompany you on a final walk-through property inspection before closing, then stay with you until your closing is complete

Promote your listing on line to advertise it all over the country

Determine where the "right buyers" are and direct property promotions and advertising towards the identified target market

After Graduating from College, I did a long career in Teaching and School Administration retiring from Klein ISD in 2007 then returning to Real Estate. I served in the United States Army for 3 years as a Communications Specialist and have served the citizens of Harris County for the last 25 years as a Deputy Sheriff with The Sheriff's Office. Since becoming licensed, I have since completed extra education hours for the following designations: Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Sellers Representative Specialist(SRS), New Home Construction Specialist (NHC).

For Me, the best part of being a REALTOR® is that "moment" with a client. I've always enjoyed working with contracts and protecting my clients, but I'd have to say my absolute favorite part is seeing my clients smile when they find "the one." We all know how incredibly emotional and exciting house hunting can be, and that moment is so special for everyone involved.
