Why choose a realtor that is a nurse? Because I care! I have grown up in Texas and raised my 4 children here and am proud to have called the Houston area my home for over 40 years. As a realtor with a background in pediatric nursing, I have gained experience in assessing clients's needs and providing them support to help them reach their goals. Now that my children have grown, I enjoy traveling and meeting people from all different kinds of places. Every trip is an exciting adventure filled with lots of hiking and sightseeing, but I am always so glad to come back to Texas. Home is where the heart is and that is why real estate has always been a love of mine. Larry is a Texas native who has called Spring, TX home since graduating from Sam Houston State University. He resides in Spring with his wife of over 25 years, Brenda, and their daughter Morgan. He spent the last 25 years in the oil & gas industry and is eager to take the multitude of skills and experience realized in that industry to work for you. Larry prides himself in his passionate and heartfelt drive to serve his clients' best interests. He is dedicated, knowledgeable, and committed to assisting his clients with listing, renting, and investing in real estate. Larry is an energetic real estate agent with an unrestrained work ethic who exhibits an exceptional attention to detail. He serves the Houston metro area and strives to deliver prudent and objective real estate advice to his clients, while providing the highest level of customer service. When time permits, Larry loves spending it with family, which includes two dogs Gypsy and Maya. Larry and his family are forever dog lovers and advocates of adoption and rescues (which is how Gypsy and Maya joined the family). When Larry is not taking real estate classes to keep abreast of the most current trends and market education, he enjoys movies, dining out and being beach-side.

Katie Chachere Hester graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She also received a Graduate Certificate in Advanced International Affairs from the Bush School at Texas A&M University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from South Texas College of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude. Katie practiced real estate and finance law for approximately seven years with the law firm of Locke Lord, LLP. While at Locke Lord, Katie represented clients in the acquisition, disposition, and development of commercial real estate, including shopping centers, apartments, condominiums, office buildings, mixed use/urban developments, and retail and office leasing. She also represented borrowers and lenders in lending transactions. Katie also has experience with zoning and land use, community and economic development, affordable housing, and development of cellular tower sites, including issues involving the Federal Telecommunications Act of 1995. Katie spent approximately two years as the Assistant Vice President - Legal Counsel of Campus Living Villages – U.S., an international student accommodation provider, where she was responsible for all legal matters in the United States. Katie also served as a Director on the Board of CCHM Management Holding Corp., the parent company of Campus Living Villages – U.S. Katie recently joined The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center as a Legal Officer in the General Business and Education Section, with a focus on real estate matters. She is involved in numerous charitable organizations throughout Houston, and is also a member of C.R.E.W. (Commercial Real Estate Women).
