I recently received the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation. I am a baby boomer & just down sized, sold my home, and moved from one city to another, so I know some of the challenges of such a drastic change. Selling a home you have lived in most of your life is hard mentally/physically. I hope to be able to use my personal experience to help others make the transition.
I love first time buyers. It is so much fun helping
them find their new home and guiding them
through the buying process.
Working with buyers can be a real challenge whether
it is their first home or their 10th, but I enjoy the process.
