I have been married to my husband for 25 years and have two children. We moved to Katy the same month we were married and have loved watching the growth that has taken place here. Katy is a great place to live. The schools are some of the best in the Houston area and I love the community and small town feel. Before getting in to Real Estate I was a hairdresser. I really enjoyed meeting people from every walk of life. Being in the hair industry I have learned how to make people happy and give them exceptional customer service. I listen closely and pay attention to the needs of my clients and try to find the best possible home for them. I thrive on pleasing people and seeing them smile. Shannon helped buy a property

My husband and I were first time home buyers and we started worked with another realtor NOT of this company. It was a difficult process due to slow responses and hardly seeing houses before they went off the market. We were on a deadline and finally made the decision to switch realtors. We worked with Shannon and she was phenomenal! Shannon was extremely fast with her responses. If I sent her listings we were interested in then she was making appointments to see them asap. She gave me tips and advice to try and help us get under contract, and even though it took many offers we did finally get an offer accepted! Shannon was on top of the process and kept us informed every step of the way. We had many hoops to jump through with our lender but we were able to close in the end. We are homeowners now and its because we made the decision to switch and got the chance to work with Shannon! If not for her, there is no way we would have become homeowners in the time frame that we had! She went above and beyond for us and we could not be more thankful.
