Sara Baird

Owner of LoneStar Properties & Broker, Sara received her real estate license in 1991 and has continued to be one of the Top Agents in the Hill Country during her career. Sara was voted BEST OF THE BEST Silver Award Realtor for Kendall County in 2018 by the Boerne community. She went on to earn her Broker's License in 2012 and established her own Brokerage Firm, LoneStar Properties. As the Broker and Owner of LoneStar Properties, Sara prides herself on providing quality service to each and every one of her clients. Her vision for LoneStar Properties is to provide a quality real estate office where clients can receive experience, skill and dedication from all the agents. Sara has created a hard-working team environment of agents with a passion and commitment to the Boerne community. Sara's long-standing career in the Boerne and Hill Country area makes her an expert in her field. She is highly experienced in residential properties, acreage/lots, leasing, and property management. Along with co-owning LoneStar Properties, Sara is also the owner of the Boerne LoneStar Property Management. She has worked extensively with buyers, sellers and investors over the many years of her career. After college graduation her daughter, Shannan Gleason joined her as an agent. Her daughter and son in law, Ricky Gleason have blessed her with three beautiful grandchildren, Landen, Sophia & Gemma.
