Sanjuana Sustaita

Hi! My name is Sanjuana Sustaita. I am a Real Estate Agent with Equity Real Estate Brokerage. I was born and raised in Mexico. I attended college & graduated as a CPA! I moved to Texas about 23 years ago, and I couldn't love it more.
My experience hasn't always been in real estate; I spent years working as accountant for a great company, but as time went on I decided to dedicate more time into working on our business! Our business that we built is in Pest Control. As we built our company I formed a lot of good relationships with my customers and as a result of creating a bond with my clients and wanting to form new and amazing relationships I decided to become a Real Estate Agent! I want to help people feel comfortable and happy with being able to buy or sell their houses with my help. I am really enthusiastic with this new opportunity that I have given myself.

I am married to my lovely husband, Ruben, who shares his affinity for Insects & pets (hence the pest control business! ) We have two beautiful kids that I love with all of my heart. I can't wait for this new adventure.
