Ronda Doxey, a dedicated Real Estate Broker and Stephen F. Austin State University alumna with a BBA, brings a wealth of experience to her role. Initially excelling in pharmaceutical sales for 18 years, winning awards and becoming a sales trainer, Ronda later took time off to raise her two children. During this break, she ventured into real estate investing, flipping homes and acquiring rental properties. Transitioning into a licensed real estate agent after a year of successful investing, Ronda progressed through various roles, including management at a mid-size brokerage. Her diverse experience with clients, from first-time home buyers to luxury buyers and sellers, led her to establish her own brokerage, Real Haven Realty, in 2022. Fueled by a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients in the Houston area, where she was raised, Ronda has built a team dedicated to upholding the same standards she values.
