Rona Weiner understands that selling and buying, what for many is their largest asset, is a serious responsibility. A former human resource professional, buyer and retail store owner, Rona describes herself as a "total people person." Her ability to ask the right questions and to really hear the answers has been invaluable throughout her career.

Rona has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She holds the distinction of a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and was a 15-year member of the Real Estate Million Dollar Association in Baltimore. Her vast experience includes new home and lot development along with general brokerage of listings and sales. "There is nothing more satisfying than having total success for my clients, finding that perfect home for my buyers or the sale of a listing in a timely manner at the 'best' possible price," says Rona. "For me it is all about excellent service to the Real Estate public, nothing else."

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Rona spent quite a bit of time in Houston with family over the past 14 years before making this city her home. She has found Houston to be a unique, vibrant and welcoming community full of other relocated folks who have found a great places to work and live. Having family here was the ultimate draw. Her daughter, Ally, is founder and owner of Principle, a branding company, and her son-in-law Randy is CMO of Element Markets, an alternative energy company. She also has a son, Ryan, who is a musician and producer in New York City. The extra bonus here is to be with her two "darling" grandchildren. Reading is her relaxation when she is able to find down time between family and work.
