Rodney has extensive experience in new home sales & construction prior to becoming a Realtor. As a Sales Manager for local and national homebuilders, Rodney has co-authored a National Best-Seller on the real estate and has worked with several high-profile clients. He is a member of the National Academy of Best Selling Authors and won numerous awards for customer satisfaction.

The Hamp Team was awarded The Best Realtors for many years by Fort Bend County residents.
