Richard has been a licensed realtor for over 20 years and 15 years have been with Keller Williams Realty SW. He has represented buyers and sellers of single family homes in the Houston area. Richard's experience and knowledge in the real estate industry helps to keep his client's abreast of the market trends. Mr. Williams is able to guide and advise his client's wisely and effectively.

Before becoming a real estate consultant, he was a Vice-President with a local financial institution. Richard's expertise was establishing new branches around Houston and South Texas. Richard's experience with mortgage loans lead to an interest in real estate. Mr. Williams has a Business Administration degree from Prairie View A&M University.
