She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Communications and Business. After completing her undergraduate degree, Reena started her career at one the leading "Big 5" Global Consulting Firms, Accenture working on various projects including: Freescale Semiconductor, Wal-Mart/ Sam's Club Retail, Cisco Systems High Tech Communications, and Shell Oil and Gas. She then continued her success at Chevron in Upstream Oil and Gas as a lead Change Manager. She then later transitioned her career into Commercial and Residential Real Estate, owning and managing Multi-Family Housing (Apartment Complexes) as well as flipping and rehabbing homes.
