Raymond Sullivan is the principle broker and owner at Enclave Properties, a Houston - based real estate brokerage firm. Prior to making the transition into full-time real estate sales, Raymond worked as a construction professional managing multi-million dollar projects in both the residential and commercial construction industry. Raymond’s construction background and expertise has been an excellent foundation to advise his clients on their home buying needs. Upon entering the real estate sales market, he immediately found a niche by dominating the first time homebuyer and distressed property markets– earning such awards as “most profitable sales for the quarter.” Raymond operates by the mantra of, 'there is no project too big or too small to tackle." Raymond’s eye for detail, exceptional commitment to service, and the ability to manage and close the most challenging transactions has afforded him the ability to run a very successful brokerage firm. To remain current and knowledge of trends in the distressed property market, Raymond has earned certifications as an REO and BPO specialist. Raymond earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from Texas Southern University
