Ray Holtzapple

Experienced in the inner loop and Galleria area properties for assisting clients in the sale of their homes. He has extenstive knowledge of the new home construction and resale markets in Harris County, The Woodlands, Clear Lake/ Friendswood/ League City and Cinco Ranch areas to assist buying clients. Ray Holtzapple maintains his Professional Engineering license and has earned the Realtor designations as a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and At Home with Diversity (AHWD). He also brings extensive practical experience in lending, home construction and remodeling. International Relocation is a speciality and as a Member of the Employee Relocation Council, he is actively serving corporations in their relocation needs and individuals looking for second home properties in Central American and Mexico. Ray is active in the community as a former member of the Harris County Appraisal District Board of Directors representing the City of Houston. He is also has been HAR's representative to the University of Houston Real Estate Center Advisory Committee. In addition to the Brokerage activities, Ray is a licensed Property Tax Consultant and works with Commercial and Residential clients on the protesting of the valuation of real and business personal property.
