Polina Solis

When it comes to her success, Polina Solis often refers to her favorite business author’s, Jim Collins’ quote from his well known book, “Good to Great”: “Good is the evil of great!” To her being a good Realtor® is not good enough, as one should be great at what she/he does. She believes it takes giving her clients 200%, treating them like they are family and doing whatever it takes for them to be successful in their home search or selling goals.

Her vast background, which includes experience in business consulting, estate planning as well as probate litigation, makes Polina a person of many talents and enormous knowledge. It is through her past experience that Polina developed some of the most critical skills needed to become a successful Realtor® – organization, commitment to excellence, high degree of communication, patience, and ability to negotiate and listen. Yet her positive attitude and warm personality are the perfect complements to her professionalism.

Polina graduated with a B.S in pre-med Biology after moving to the US at the age of 16. She continued her education and earned a master’s degree in business, MBA. She was born in Moscow, Russia and is a world traveler but she often jokes that she got to Texas as fast as she possibly could. It is the people and southern hospitality that she appreciates the most about living in the Lone Star State. Polina is very familiar with all of Greater Houston and the surrounding areas including Cypress, Katy, Bellaire, Downtown, Midtown, Pearland, Kingwood, Woodlands, Sugar Land, and Clear Lake and will be honored to help her clients with their real estate needs.
