I Would recommend Peter Lewis over and over again. I hear lots of stress about buying a property (especially a commercial) and as a first-time commercial buyer I was a bit hesitant to commit to this process but Peter made it easier than ever. I will include the reasons why.
1. High attention into the details about the location by making a strong one day only study for a short and long term investments by excelling an accurate revenue numbers to make sure that's an excellent investment for us. (Really appreciated that)
2. Always able to be contacted. If he is with other clients, he texts you right back not ignoring your calls. (24/7).
3. Explaining all paperwork that I was worried about (to review and sign) and made it very easy to understand.
4. Very knowledgeable about different areas (investment and business vitalization wise) in all TX
5. Looks into the transaction as his own, and looking to get the best price for you as a buyer. (Looking to make $$$ like other agents is not his intention at all)
