Patti is a lifelong Galvestonian who knows the island like the back of her hand. Her previous career – as a Residential Appraiser at the Galveston County Central Appraisal District – affords her extensive knowledge of real estate on the island as well as throughout Galveston County. Patti is motivated to deliver what buyers and sellers want in their REALTORS® and then some! Her strengths and expertise include extensive market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, a commitment to consistent communication and dedication to follow up throughout the buying/selling process. Client goals are Patti's number one priority. For sellers, she works to achieve the highest possible price in the shortest amount of time and to complete the sale with the least inconvenience for her clients. For her buyers, she listens carefully, presents options that meet her clients' specific needs and makes the transaction as smooth as possible. For both buyers and sellers, she enjoys providing excellent, responsive service and handling all the expected and unexpected facets of the real estate transaction. Patti is a Licensed Texas REALTOR® and has earned her Graduate Realtor Institute designation (GRI), Real Estate Negotiations Expert (RENE), Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), & is a Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) for Galveston. She is a member of the Texas Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, Galveston Association of REALTORS®, and Houston Association of REALTORS®. She is currently serving as an officer on the Spanish Grant Bayside Homeowners Association and on the local Galveston MLS committee.
