Nicole Sabbagh

Born in upstate New York and raised in Cinco Ranch, Texas, Nicole Sabbagh has the unique ability to form connections and create a sense of community wherever she goes. Nicole's work ethic sets her apart from other agents. Coming from a Middle Eastern family, the values of hard work, personability, and persistence were instilled in her from a young age. She graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University with a degree in supply chain management and international business. She worked in the corporate world before transitioning to full time real estate in 2019 after realizing it was exactly what she was meant to do.

Nicole broke into the luxury market in 2019 and has since worked with international investors and a wide range of buyers. She is excited to get the opportunity to work with more buyers and sellers and continue to help people in any way she can. Nicole has a true heart for her clients and makes all her decisions through the lenses of compassion and honesty. Don't mistake her kindness as weakness, though. Nicole is a natural go-getter and brings an unrivaled sense of drive to each and every project. Her experience in business allows her to be a pro at negotiations and create an environment where her clients feel comfortable and represented.

Nicole loves the diversity found within Houston and is proud to represent clients from all backgrounds. She works hard to foster relationships that are built off of respect and amiability. Being a true product of the mantra that hard work breeds success, Nicole will work nonstop to ensure her clients' needs are not just met, but exceeded. Outside of work, you can find her running in Memorial Park, spending time with her baby nephew, and volunteering. As a first generation American, Nicole values community and spends time volunteering at local churches and hospitals.
