Nicole Calderon

Nicole Calderon is a sales associate with Douglas Elliman, a builder and development services company headquartered in Houston, TX. Nicole launched her real estate career in 2003 as an associate at John Daugherty Realtors in Houston, TX. It was there that Nicole developed a passion for working with both buyers and sellers of residential real estate throughout the city. Following her tenure with John Daugherty Realtors, Nicole joined Personette and Associates, a real estate brokerage firm, specializing in providing sales, marketing and consulting services for builders and developers nationwide. Nicole immediately found her niche and passion for large project sales and management and she went on to work with some of Houston's top developers and builders. Today, Nicole is enjoying a position with Douglas Elliman, where she works with numerous developers from conception to sell-out on various projects from Tanglewood to River Oaks. Having spent most of her childhood and early adult years living in Europe, Nicole understands and enjoys working with other cultures. She understands the challenges of acclimating to a new home in a new environment and she is well-versed in making that transition a seamless and enjoyable time. In her spare time, Nicole spends much of her time enjoying everything that Houston has to offer including dining out at the various Houston restaurants or taking in an art show or performance at one of Houston's performing art centers.
