Neema Charafeddine

Hi, my name is Neema Charafeddine and I am an international & local Realtor based in Houston, Texas. As a part of The Lekana Realty Group at Walzel Properties, LLC, I currently serve buyers/sellers and clients all throughout southern Texas.

I have been passionate about the realty world for a long time. A big reason for this is my family: My parents have been in real estate for as long as I can remember. My dedication has been so unwavering that during my second week as a realtor, I already received an award due to my consistent results-driven approach.

Before I officially started helping people find their dream homes or the ideal investment property, I spent 18 years immersed in the oil and gas industry. From change management consulting to executing effective role mapping strategies, there's one very important thing I learned: Relationships are not only an asset, they are a must in order to successfully reach goals and get accurate results. Throughout that time is when I also found my love for real estate. Being a people person, my goal has always been to provide a top-notch customer experience and go above and beyond to ensure that my client is truly being taken care of.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy travelling, singing, discovering new cultures, and learning new languages. So far, I speak English, Russian, French, Swahili, and Arabic. I'm also a certified group Fitness and Zumba Instructor. Most of my friends and colleagues refer to me as 'The Dancing Realtor'. And that's exactly where our we dance all the way to closing slogan comes from.
