Nedal Walker

Nedal Walker is a Texas native and a licensed Realtor with CB&A, Realtors. Nedal has a proven track record for exceptional business practices and client services to residential real estate, helping people seamlessly navigate the housing market with professionalism and remarkable expertise. Nedal was born and raised in the Houston area outside of the 4 years that she lived in St. Thomas, V.I. She graduated from Tomball High School and studied Business Management at the University of Houston. Nedal started her career in the restaurant industry at Pappadeaux and learned everything from waiting tables to managing staff. As her family began to grow, she decided to transition into a career that would allow her to be with her family in the evenings and on the weekends. She then began a career in healthcare management which lasted over 14 years. As Nedal's children grew into young adults, she made the decision to obtain her real estate license because of her passion for real estate and exceeding the expectations of her clients. The most important part of any sales position is communication and market knowledge. Nedal's negotiating skills and drive to serve her clients ensures positive outcomes, future transactions as well as referrals from their loved ones! When Nedal is not busy with real estate, she spends time with her husband, adult kids, family and friends.
