Nathan (Nate) Raised in Miami, Florida, I have been in Austin for the past 20 years. In that time, I have learned the nuances of the Austin real estate market and have also gained an understanding of all aspects of the construction and permitting process. In part, I gained my construction knowledge when my wife and I moved to East Austin, where we rehabbed a 1920s bungalow. We did 90% of the work ourselves. It was a down-to-the-studs rehab that resulted in moved walls, new electric, new plumbing, almost new everything; yet, we kept the original charm of the home by utilizing every existing feature in a creative way.

I help my clients build wealth through real estate by being their real estate consultant. I am a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and certified Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) expert. Beyond the sale, I am interested in building a professional long-term relationship with my clients. I help my clients achieve their goals for themselves, their families, colleagues, and friends.
