Mya Carroll

Mya Carroll is a Business and Life Coach, Motivational Speaker, Author, Real Estate Agent, Founder of Phoenix Women's Outreach, Inc., Founder and C.E.O. of RM Carroll Enterprise, LLC. Former Chair of the South Houston Concerned Citizens' Coalition, Board of Director to Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone 9 (TIRZ 9), and sits on several other boards.

She received her Bachelor of Science at University of Houston Clear Lake in Psychology with minors in Women Studies and Behavioral Analysis. She continued her education at University of Houston Downtown studying her Master's in Nonprofit Management.

In 2015 Mya received a Proclamation from Annise D. Parker, the Mayor of the City of Houston and declared April 17th "Mya Carroll's Day". With a numerous number of other awards, honors and acknowledgements Mya's most recent award was Houston Business Journal "Women Who Mean Business" 2019.

Mya has dedicated 20 plus years in personal and professional development of people nationally and globally working in the corporate world. Mya's experience comes from working with Fortune 500 Companies for over 20 years identifying, training and developing executives and leaders, developing new marketing strategies, performance improvement solutions, organizational development, project management, and implementation globally.

Since Mya's departure of the corporate world she has become a Real Estate Agent, an independent corporate, small business and nonprofit development, industrial and organizational international consultant. Through her consulting, training, development, strategy implementation and other services she has coached and developed Community Leaders, Organizations, C-Level Executives, Administration Professionals and Personal Assistance's globally.
