This is the second time I used Mishelle. I can’t totally explain the experience I had with her and if there is enough room on the recommendation box on here! I have known Mishelle for some years so it was easy to give her a shot when I wanted to buy a home. This was last year when the housing market was on fire and homes where scarce. She was able to find me a home I was comfortable with and everything I was looking for. It was in the budget and it was a very nice home. Great neighborhood and schools. Fast forward another year and I was looking to sell another home. I had the craziest experience but bitter sweet in the end. We had offers on the first day and my asking price! Turned out they didn’t get qualified in finance and we put it back on the market. Mishelle gave me recommendations on offers that was offering lower pricing and to turn them down to finding buyers who gave me full asking price. Mishelle is very patient and I highly recommend you listen to her recommendations. She knows the business! She is very persistent and will not back down to any agent who doesn’t have my best interests and she’s the one for the job!
