Melody Oelze

As a graduate of the University of Mississippi and a Texas CPA for over 20 years, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise into my real estate career.  I have been involved in the Houston real estate market for most of my adult life as an investor, builder and remodeler, as well as, a homeowner.  In my previous career, I participated daily in contract review and negotiation related to large capital projects and commercial leases.  Real estate has always been a passion of mine.  I am enthusiastic about each step of the process from listings and showings, to closings and beyond.  I have had the pleasure in my career of partnering with a renowned architect in numerous projects, from new home construction to extensive updating and remodeling projects.  It is exciting for me to see a home transform into something fresh and new, or back to its original roots and intended charm and appeal.  As your real estate agent, I have the experience to help you navigate through each step of the home buying/selling process, and will be there to assist and support you along the way.  Purchasing or selling a home can be a stressful and emotional journey.  My job, as your real estate agent, is to do my very best to help guide you through the experience, and make it a rewarding one for all parties involved.
