Melissa Hailey

Melissa Hailey is a Real Estate Broker and Realtor providing full service to home buyers, sellers, and investors. As Broker-Owner of the North Texas Top Team Realtors, she is dedicated to helping others and has a genuine commitment to serving her clients. The North Texas Top Team Realtors serves the North Dallas and Collin County communities. Mrs. Hailey is a member of the Council of Residential Specialists, (CRS) which is the highest professional designation awarded to Realtors in the residential sales field. She is also a Graduate of the Realtor Institute, a Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource specialist, and Texas Affordable Housing Specialist. Additionally, she is a Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) approved real estate instructor and part of the Texas Association of Realtors Faculty., Mrs. Hailey is active on the Board of Directors for the Collin County Association of Realtors and currently serves as their Secretary/Treasurer as well as on various committees. She also works with all corporate relocation companies.
