She also has experience as a New Home Sales Consultant and knows how to use the builders incentives and promotions to negotiate the best deal for New Home Buyers. She is a strong negotiator and educator for her Buyers, as well as an expert strategist on pricing and marketing for her Sellers. MeLisa is new to the Houston Area and she is constantly educating herself on the Houston Real Estate Market, from the areas of waterfront properties, to master-planned communities to renowned historic communities. She also looks forward to working local buyers and sellers as well as those that are relocating to the Houston area.
