About Melanie Milton
My name is Melanie Padgett Milton. I began my career in Interior Design, working with several design firms from Clear Lake to Houston then starting my own design company, Innovating Interiors then later, Max Avery & Co. Designs. I decided to go into the Real Estate field in 2004 after working on several new home construction projects. I am fascinated with the home building process from purchasing the land, to the construction process, to design. I am committed to helping my clients in every way I can, whether by finding the perfect piece of land to build their dream home, or assisting with the buying and selling process. I also specialize in staging a home to sell..maybe by a small upgrade or a simple furniture arrangement...I know what it takes to make your home more appealing to a potential buyer.
