Melanie Livesay

I have lived in League City and surrounding areas for over 15 years. I moved to Texas when I married my husband in 2006 and shortly after we bought our first home. I am proud to say that I have lived in Texas longer than any of the other six states I have lived in. Moving around often has shown me the importance of not just having a house, but having a home.



My husband and I are the proud parents of two beautiful children. I have been fortunate enough to be a full-time mom, where I have been able to devote my time to raising our children. With them now getting older, it has given me the opportunity to start my career in real estate. Before beginning my career, I spent time in the restaurant and customer service industries, giving me great knowledge and experience that I can apply to helping you find the perfect home.



Something I am very passionate about is home renovations. Since buying our first home, my husband and I have spent much of our time renovating and improving the homes we have lived in. I have taken my love of DIY, hard work and an eye for potential and turned these houses into homes.



I love all things food (especially sweets) and I love sharing the things that I create in the kitchen with those around me. Most of all, I enjoy staying active, being able to watch my kids participate in sports and spending time with my family.
