Martha White’s cheerful approach to life and work, combined with her professional “can do” attitude and high energy level, has ensured her career success in real estate. Computer savvy with good communication skills, Martha is an attentive listener who works well with fellow agents and efficiently follows up on even the smallest details. Martha is not afraid to “dig in” to assure client satisfaction. She points out that it is easy to write a contract but takes great effort to negotiate favorable terms, iron out disagreements, and bring a sale or purchase to a successful closing.

Having earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin and worked as a Project Engineer for Brown & Root before becoming a Realtor®, Martha is particularly knowledgeable about construction, home remodeling, and envisioning the future possibilities and potential in a home.

A second generation Houstonian, Martha is well-informed about markets in Memorial Villages, Spring Valley, Galleria, Tanglewood, West University, The Museum District, Rice Military, Southside Place, Southampton, Wilchester / Wilchester West, Nottingham/Nottingham Forest, Yorkshire,West Memorial, Katy, Cinco Ranch, Copperfield, Sugar Land, Pearland, and Houston's Midtown area.

Married to her high school sweetheart for more than 40 years, she has three adult children and three grandchildren. She is a board member for Camp For ALL and is an active volunteer with SBISD schools, The Junior League of Houston, the Brookwood Community, Boys & Girls Country, and The Museum of Natural Science. In addition, she serves on the Piney Point Memorial Village Beautification Committee ,is a member of Delta Delta Delta Sorority, and the DAR.
