About Marian Motamedi

  • Marian brings a wealth of experience in remodeling and staging properties. She honed these skills while helping her husband, who is a builder and a real estate investor in Houston. As she became more involved with many of his properties and projects, Marian decided to become licensed as a Realtor, and is now focused on helping her clients buy and sell investment properties. Marian greatly enjoys being involved with her children's school activities in fund raising and volunteering. Marian and her husband have three boys, and she enjoys spending quality time with her family. She specializes in assisting clients who are relocating to Houston. Marian looks forward to working with luxury home clients, relocations, and first-time home buyers in the communities of Memorial, Tanglewood, Galleria, inner loop, Katy and in West Houston.
