Maria is a native New Yorker who has lived in a few major cities but has spent the majority of her school days and professional life in the Greater Houston area and now calls Houston home. She has strong ties in the Caribbean and Latin American communities which has given her an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with people of all walks of life and business both locally and internationally.

Maria's experience hasn't always been in real estate. She's spent the last 20 years in the financial services industry as a licensed agent specializing in life insurance. She has a passion for helping people protect what they've worked so hard to achieve. It is because of that love and great satisfaction for helping others that she decided to extend her vast business experience to helping her clients with their real estate needs. Whether is it achieving their dream of home ownership, purchasing investment properties, leasing a home or renting an apartment, she is willing and able to assist in whatever goals her clients have.

Maria loves technology and gadgets. She prides herself on keeping up with the latest technology trends which allows her to research and find the right properties for her clients with ease.

In her personal life, Maria enjoys redecorating projects around her home, reading, going on long walks, watching history movies, traveling and spending quality time with loved ones.
