Margo Cunningham

In 1999, Margo Cunningham moved from New York City to Houston, fell in love with the Bayou City and never looked back. She had a career as a real estate agent in New York and The Hamptons, but took a hiatus when she relocated with her husband and their three sons to Texas. As they settled into their new home, Margo discovered the wonderful neighborhoods of Houston. Her boys were enrolled in Memorial schools and her husband ran an advertising agency in the Galleria. When her sons needed less of her time, she went back to work doing what she loves - selling real estate. Picking up where she left off in New York, Margo brings to Houston her beliefs that her job as a real estate agent is to educate her clients, communicate with them in a meaningful way, market their properties aggressively, network with her fellow Realtors as well as with her sphere of influence, and negotiate on their behalf. She continuously researches the many different neighborhoods of Houston as they are continuously changing. Periodically, she puts out an on-line guide to Up-sizing, Downsizing and her favorite of all - 'Resizing'. Over the past few years, she has added new development construction to her repertoire and loves getting in at ground level and working through the process: from site planning all the way through to blue-tape walk-thrus and finally, closing. She has formed many lasting relationships with her past clients and their families. She is energetic, intelligent, and extremely empathetic. Margo enjoys working with buyers and sellers, knowing that no two transactions are alike, which leaves each day unlike the day before.
