Passion for people, that's what makes me tick. I love being around new people and getting to know about their interest and their own personal passions in life. I also love realestate. I lived in NYC for 17 years and sold real estate there for 4 of those years. One of the greatest rewards is seeing the look on a clients face when they've just received the keys to their new home or a seller who just received a nice check for the sell of their house. Either one of those scenarios brings me joy. I've been told by clients that I'm a bit of a bulldog when it comes to their needs and wants out of a transaction. Nothing is too big or too small for me to handle to put a smile on my clients face. If I don't know the answer to something then I'll tell you, research it and find the answer.
