Louise Cody

When Louise Cody began her career in residential real estate at Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty she was dubbed one of the "rising stars".

Consistently high production has placed Louise in the coveted Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty Circle of Excellence. She is a determined sales person and never leaves anything undone. Always challenging herself to succeed, Louise has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and the Accredited Home Staging (AHSP) designations.

Louise has extensive experience marketing resale single family homes, new construction, subdivisions, and townhomes. Her broad knowledge of Houston neighborhoods is a guarantee that her clients are working with the best.

Louise grew up in River Oaks and graduated from Lamar High School. While in high school, Louise’s skill and talent as an artist lead to a scholarship at the Museum of Fine Arts. In addition to her artistic talents, Louise studied French and was awarded a position in the French Honor Society. At Southern Methodist University, Louise studied art and was ranked on the dean’s list. This ability to excel has propelled her career in real estate.

Creating a healthy balance in life is the key to success for Louise. In an effort to keep herself focused and in charge, she challenges herself with a work-out at least four days a week. Louise is prepared and motivated to meet the challenges of your real estate needs.
