Lizzy Dendinger

Lizzy Dendinger was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. After graduating from high school, she attended The University of Northern Colorado in Greeley for two years. Lizzy then changed direction, went back to school and became a Licensed Esthetician. She worked for a prestigious spa at the Oxford Hotel in Downtown Denver. Lizzy moved to Columbus Georgia where she began a career in property management. While working in property management she finished her bachelor's degree in Business Management from Troy University in Alabama. Lizzy moved back to Colorado and decided to further her property management career by becoming a licensed Realtor® in 2015. She worked for several more years in property management while running real estate and skin care businesses during nights and weekends. Lizzy found that working for herself was very fulfilling and she decided her passion for helping others and enhancing natural beauty was the right path for her. A few years later she saw the growing need for real estate agents that specialize in working with the elderly. She received her SRES® (Senior Real Estate Specialists®) designation from the National Association of REALTORS® in 2020. Lizzy moved to Springtown, Texas in April 2022 to be with her long-time boyfriend and his 9-year-old daughter. Lizzy's passion has always been helping people. Her Colorado real estate career allowed her to become very adept at working in crazy competitive markets. It also allowed her the opportunity to help elderly buyers and sellers who do not always receive the care and compassion they deserve when dealing with huge life changes. She always goes above and beyond to make the home buying and selling process as smooth as possible. Lizzy passion is spending time with her family, friends, and her dog Hank. Her love of hiking 14ers, kayaking, paddle boarding, gardening, and camping allow her to spend a great amount of time outdoors which is her happy place.
