Lisa de Montaigu combines professional savvy with extensive knowledge of the Houston area. She specializes in single-family, multi-family, townhouse, and condominium properties. Continually learning and improving on her craft A licensed Realtor since 2009 with over 20 years of experience in rental property management, Lisa also has a Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource (SFR) certification and is currently working on her Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) certification. She is currently co-owner of A Changing Home, a company that offers support for Texas homeowners who are looking to downsize. These include home staging services, guidance throughout the selling process, and assistance with setting up the new homes that clients move into. A Changing Home is a member of the National Association of Senior Move Managers (NASMM). Lisa has also served as a Liquidating Trustee for over 10 years. Her responsibilities in this role included getting properties sold and having the proceeds distributed to the proper parties.
