Growing up in the Memorial Villages has led to lifelong friendships and a lifelong knowledge of the ever changing landscape of Houston. My family was in the nursery industry but I choose a different path. I became a Realtor after working in the multi family residential market for several years. My first broker Pat Satter Realtors was located at Tealwood and Memorial Drive.
I have worked in all facets of the residential real estate market from listing properties to leasing, working for builders, selling custom homes and buyers representation. West Houston, Memorial, Galleria, Tanglewood, Rice Military and the Inner loop are areas I know well. My knowledge and intelligence of the marketplace inspires confidence in prospective buyers and sellers.



As an added value to clients I conduct residential property tax protests going before various appraisal districts. For the past 13 years I have presented cases in the informal hearings as well as the formal Appraisal Review Boards . I also offer Arbitration representation for the above. My real estate background and knowledge of the appraisal process has given me an advantage in getting reductions.



Giving back to the community and being involved in charitable projects has always been important to me.I was a member of the Houston Junior Woman's Club for 13 years which supported Texas Children's Hospital, Ronald McDonald House and Bayou Bend. From fundraiser to docent, I have enjoyed making a difference.
