My passion for clients and my business philosophy are a direct result of personal experience. After multiple national and international moves with my husband and 4 kids, we learned the difference an outstanding real estate professional makes when they understand the challenges of relocation and are willing to go above and beyond to make the transition financially, physically and emotionally successful. As a result, my motivation is simple: to emulate for my clients the extraordinary service we received from exceptional agents that made all the difference in our transition!

  • BUYERS: If you are new to the area, I love providing an orientation tour so you can become familiar with DFW's many communities, schools, entertainment and recreational options before finding, negotiating and closing on a home that fits your unique needs and lifestyle. However, my job does not end there. I often serve as a client's 'first friend'—an invaluable connection that can make or break a family's transition to a new city. Whether it's helping clients find service providers, navigate the DMV, meet new friends, connect to the community or even making introductions so the spouse/partner can find their next job—I love providing whatever support needed so Texas quickly becomes 'Home' to my clients!
  • SELLERS: As a Certified Residential Listing Specialist, my first priority is to determine how to prepare and stage your home to get the highest possible market price as well as to develop an effective marketing strategy for your unique situation. Once that is decided, I offer homeowners a menu of options—from listing at a discounted rate to a full commission providing 'white-glove' service. One size does not fit all—you decide what options work best for you. But, my goal is always the same: to ensure that you keep more of your hard-earned investment dollars while making the process of selling your home as stress-free as possible.
