Linda Hulsey

Living in Houston since 1976 has given Linda a remarkable amount of knowledge of the residential Real Estate market.

With a background in Clinical Laboratory Science working at Kelsey Seybold Clinic and then as the Branch Operations Manager of a large clinical reference laboratory, Linda learned excellent negotiation skills with a commitment to go the extra mile.

She learned the importance of attention to detail, trust, respect and strong relationships are paramount in producing successful outcomes. Dedication, persistence and attention to detail have put her a step ahead in the residential market.

Linda consistently earns the respect of her clients through the results she achieves for them.

Her visual and creative talents help buyers and sellers determine where to spend their money in improving properties to maximize their return.

When Linda is not helping home buyers and sellers she is a docent at the Museum of Fine Arts Houston, using her studies and skills in Fine Art while giving back to the community. She enjoys traveling and she is active in the Woodland Heights neighborhood where she has lived since 1985.
