I have worked and lived in Houston for 30+ years. I have combined my passion for working with people and my love of houses to create what I consider to be a dream career. I spend time every single week of my career in some form of training to stay up to speed on the latest property marketing concepts, real estate market trends, changes in contracts and laws and learning new ways to effectively market my business. My #1 goal is my clients' satisfaction with my services, and that includes everything from communication, negotiations, attitude, organization and a systematic process. I have certifications from the National Associate of Expert Advisors as a Certified Home Selling Advisor, and also as a Certified Home Buying Advisor. These certifications helped me to fine tune a process that has proven and measurable results that benefit my clients. But for me – the best part of my real estate career – it is the people I get to meet and help all along the way. I always understand that this can be an exciting and emotional process. I do everything I can to make it a smooth ride and ensure that my clients stay informed throughout the entire process. I also understand that every person has different expectations and different personalities, so I try to tailor my communication and my process on what is most important to my clients. I spend a good deal of time learning about their ultimate goals and the ideal outcome, and I do my best to let them know what to expect all throughout the transaction. I encourage them to ask any and all questions they have about their transaction or about real estate in general. I like educating people about the process, so they understand what they are signing and what important steps come next.
