Lia enjoys giving back to the community and is a Member of the Windsong Intermediate PTO Board, founder of her neighborhood book club, and a Gala Board Member of the Dominican Sisters of Mary Immaculate Province (aka The Houston Astros Rally Nuns). Lia, her husband, and their two teen boys attend Mary Queen Catholic Church. She enjoys reading and travelling with her family.

Lia is a passionate and determined advocate for the needs of her client and community. Over the past year, my family and I went through the process of finding our first home in Houston, Texas and Lia Nguyen made the process seamless for us. Being that we were not local to Houston, we could only schedule viewings over certain weekends and Lia went above and beyond for us with advanced virtual viewings, social media posts, emails, then she scheduled in-person viewings on the homes we favored. Lia is extremely knowledgeable not only with inner loop homes, but also nearby suburban areas. Her communication is outstanding. It was easy to stay in touch with her during the entire process.
