Lee Smalley has moved around a lot. Born and raised in Scotland, Lee and her husband, who is in the oil and gas industry, have relocated to Singapore, Australia, and Malaysia before settling down in Greater Houston in 2014. A seasoned traveler, Lee knows how to help people feel at home in a strange city.







Lee works closely with vendors such as lenders, insurance agents and contractors to provide her clients with up-to-date advice and tips. Her ultimate goal is to cultivate lifelong friendships with her clients, and her attentive compassion for their home buying/selling experience facilitates that.





Lee has worked as a relocation consultant in Singapore and was the House Manager for the Association of British Women in Malaysia, where she welcomed newcomers to the city of Kuala Lumpur. Driven by a love for helping people and a passion for house hunting, Lee specializes in assisting first-time buyers and expatriates in Houston and its environs.





Lee understands how intense buying or selling a home can be, and so she focuses on creating the best outcome for every transaction in a fun and stress-free manner, whilst ensuring that her clients are always informed. To ensure that she always gets the best possible outcome for her clients, Lee is one of Houston's relatively few licensed sales agents to have earned a Master Certified Negotiation Expert designation from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute.
